How to set the rent and how to present oneself during a dispute before the Régie du logement

This course deals with the main regulations for lease renewal, the delays for deadlines to be followed to increase the rent according to the length of the lease. The deadline for the tenant to reply and the deadline for the landlord to introduce his request are studied. Explanations will be provided on the way to fill out the information form required to set the rent, and also how to calculate the rent increase according to the regulation on the rent setting criteria.
