The Members of the APQ can get for free the smart software which, quite simply, makes it possible to be in communication with all the services of the Association, in addition to benefit from advantages unique for an association of owners of rental residences.

As a Member of the APQ, it is possible to obtain the credit files from the credit offices, instantaneously, with an access code of this exclusive service to the Members. As an owner, you will be able to obtain on line the credit rating of your future tenant. You will thus be able to prepare and print the request for renting, have the form signed by the candidate, and download the credit file from this new software.

(It is important to remind yourself that the candidate tenant must have given the permission to check his credit rating by signing the rental offer. As a user, you must sign the agreements of confidentiality of your Association and provide the evidence of safety requested, while keeping strictly confidential the information obtained on the credit files). You must, more in particular, provide us the proof that you are owners of the building for which an investigation must be carried out, an official identity paper including your photograph and your address as well as a photocopy of your recent telephone account including the telephone number and your address.

The procedure established enables you to download or fax the document of authorization by a candidate tenant which we preserve for you. Guided primarily by the interest of our members in the maintenance and the improvement of a service of pre-rental investigation free of care and safe, we carry out, for free, the filing of a copy of these documents without additional expenses. Naturally, you remain responsible to preserve the original.

Our hours of treatment of the pre-rental investigations are from Monday to Friday from 8h30 till noon, from 1 p.m. till 9 p.m. and from 9.30 p.m. till midnight (on weekdays) as well as on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. till midday and from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m. (during the weekend) via the telephone service or the fax machine.

This software will also enable you to reach electronically the various services of the APQ, in a simple and autonomous way, while receiving alerts as well as relevant information of the real-estate world which concerns you, such as texts of topicality, offers and price reduction on behalf of the partners, etc. The electronic APQ network is quite simply a smart medium. The user will be able to permanently note on the right-hand side of his screen an icon for a maximum use of this new tool of communication.
