The importance of a clearly written contract

Without a clearly written contract, you expose yourself to conflicts that are often extremely difficult and costly to resolve.
In many cases, it seems simpler to shake hands to establish an agreement or send a few words by text message or e-mail.

Unfortunately, when the situation requires the judicialization of the file, because the parties no longer agree, it becomes much more complicated and often it causes additional costs.

Although it may seem more difficult at first, we are convinced that establishing a complete and clearly written agreement can allow you to reduce the chances of conflict in the first place, and to promote a simpler situation in the event of a conflict.

As for a residential lease, landlords often mistakenly believe that if the lease is not written they can ask the tenant to leave at any time. This is not the case. The verbal lease gives rights to the tenant. The latter is entitled in particular to remain in the premises and, consequently, to the renewal of the lease.
