Tribunal administratif du logement makes changes to the special rules for videoconferences hearing from home.
As of June 2, 2022, anyone who requests to participate in a hearing by videoconference must:
- state the reasons in support of your request
- Attach to her form the exhibits she plans to use at the hearing.
The TAL website states that (In french) for filing documents with the Tribunal before the hearing, anyone requesting permission to participate in a hearing from their home must file the supporting documents they plan to use at that hearing. when making your request.
It is therefore important that ALL your documents are ready when you request a videoconference.
A new form has been put online on the Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) website and two new parts have appeared (only in French):
1) Motif de la demande de participation par visioconférence à l’audience
2) Transmission des pièces
