A quick reminder, to do your calculations, you must have the following invoices on hand :

Just a reminder, to perform your calculations, you will need the following invoices:

- Municipal taxes (2025 and 2026)
- School taxes (2024-2025 and 2025-2026)
- Insurance as of December 31, 2025 AND December 31, 2024
- Invoices for major repairs and work related to the entire building from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
- Major work related to a specific unit from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
