1:00 p.m.: Who Can Sign, Send, or Negotiate a Notice of Lease Amendment? Roles and responsibilities explained (concierge, spouse, property manager, etc.)
2:00 PM: Lease Amendment Notice: Who should you contact when the lease is signed by more than one tenant, and what should you do if only one tenant refuses?
Rent Increase Calculation Assistance: Available continuously from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, first come, first served. Last registration at 3:30 PM.

You must call 514-382-9670 to register for the day. You will be given a time slot and will receive the Zoom link for your calculation session. Quick and easy.
Just a reminder, to perform your calculations, you will need the following invoices:
- Municipal taxes (2025 and 2026)
- School taxes (2024-2025 and 2025-2026)
- Insurance as of December 31, 2025 AND December 31, 2024
- Invoices for major repairs and work related to the entire building from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
- Major work related to a specific unit from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
