The landlord opened a demand for reimbursement of rent due at the time the tenant vacated the dwelling ($1,447), as well as damages for lost rental income ($1,447), exterminator fees ($948.54), and fees relating to the private detective to find the tenant ($172.46). The landlord withdrew their claim for electricity costs.
