Deadlines for providing proof of notification

The TAL recently dealt with a case involving a demand for non-payment of rent in a recent case. The term of the lease is unclear, but at the time of the demand opened by the Landlord in May 2025 the total amount of rent owing was $1,608.00.
The Judge of the TAL however, rejected the case because the landlord never sent proof of notification of the demand within the 45-day deadline.
