Judgment on the Repossession of Housing: the deadlines to be respected

The TAL recently dealt with a case involving a demand for repossession.
The lease was from July 1, 2024 to June 30th, 2025. The Landlord sent a notice of repossession to the tenant on March 16th, 2025 to repossess for his daughter June 30th, 2025. The Landlord also then opened the demand for repossession April 4th, 2025 without having received a response.
