Rent frequently paid late

The Landlord also had made a request for frequently paying late. It was put into evidence that the rent was paid late for February, March, April, May, and June 2025 all of them being paid with a delay of more than 21 days. It was also put into evidence that there was an agreement between the parties to have the rent paid on the first of the month starting April to avoid court, but that wasn’t respected.
