The tenant opened a demand against the landlord because the Landlord didn’t offer the tenant an apartment with three bedrooms, so that the tenant can have a bedroom per child. The landlord argued that the regulations stipulate that to obtain what the tenant was requesting, the oldest child must be 7 years old, which is not the case at hand.
