THE ASSESSMENT OF THE PREMISES: AN IMPORTANT STEP AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE OF A TENANT OR THE DELIVERY OF THE DWELLING TO A NEW TENANT

Upon delivery of the housing the assessment of the premises is a step often overlooked.

Indeed, this procedure may seem tedious but it allows to set the parameters of the condition of the dwelling on a fixed date or upon departure of the tenant or the arrival of a new tenant in order to avoid conflicts with these.
