The Court considers the cultural point of view and declares that the landlords are in good faith when repossessing a housing

The landlords are asking the Administrative Housing Tribunal to allow them to repossess a dwelling as of July 1, 2022 to house their son Aquab Abbas. This case is heard with the file of Aquad’s brother, their eldest son Atif Abbas who asks to occupy for July 2022 the adjacent housing that is rented to the sister of the tenant. The landlords wish to repossess two (2) dwellings that are occupied by two sisters.
