The Rental Board receives a request to terminate the lease and evict the tenant. On the day of the hearing the landlord introduced an amendment to request an order to dispose of his dog rather than the termination of the lease. The parties are bound by a lease from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013 extended until 30 June 2015 at a rent of $648.
