Can two married people who no longer live together request a repossession of a dwelling?

The couple is the parent of an eight‑year‑old girl. According to the evidence, she is being followed for serious anxiety problems. The landlords have been married since January 4, 2014, and they decided to separate in August 2025. They still live under the same roof but sleep in separate rooms, while waiting for the repossession of the tenants’ dwelling for the benefit of the husband.
