The tenants are our strength. If the foundations of our building are solid and our building is well maintained all is well. If our tenants are happy people who meet their obligations everything is all right.

In all markets we see companies that meet their customers with due diligence, and that closely follow market developments in order to maintain their attractive offer in the market. The owners quite often perform poorly in this area.

Our tenants are our most important asset: we must give them special consideration. A first advice, replace the word “tenant” by “customer” in your mind. Then, consider the fact that he is a customer in your company and that each month he pays you several hundreds of dollars.
