Your vigilance, the critical asset of your building

Recently, a building caught fire due to a gas cooker (BBQ) which was on the balcony when it fell.

The fire then spread to the interior of the dwelling causing damage to the building.

In many cases, the municipality prohibits, in the municipal regulations, the use of such a device on the balconies of our buildings. If this is not the case you can provide it in the building regulations that you submit to your tenants before signing the lease.
