The month of January usually is the beginning of the new rental housing season. Last year’s figures from the CMHC tell us that nearly 20% of the tenants who took a rented accommodation were 1st time renters of a home.

Obviously, there is the qualification process of the tenant that must be carried out correctly, but there is also an information procedure towards the tenant who is living in a rental building.
