Did you know that the APQ now has a website for the renting of dwellings.

The website makes it possible for landlords to post listings of the dwellings available for rent in their buildings.

With this new service, we want to help you to successfully rent your dwellings and to make your life easier.

Moreover, we know how important it is to ensure an adequate follow-up on the calls which you receive and to optimize their follow-up done by you or your employees following the reception of these calls.

Thus, as a member of the APQ, you are entitled to the first two months for free when you subscribe to which is a service that allows you to track your calls from the beginning to the end. provides you with one or more telephone numbers. You can forward this telephone number to any telephone number in North America directly via the Internet. The calls are recorded and you can listen to them directly on`s secure website. You can also have a report of the numbers which have called you, of the duration of the calls and of the un-answered calls.

You can also have several telephone numbers. For many of you, it will be an advantage to have a different number for rentals and the administration. You can also use a different telephone number for each medium in which you place an advertisement. You can thus have a report of the number of calls received by each medium used and thus know which is the best medium to use to rent your dwellings. But it does not stop there: the call is recorded, so you won't miss any details and you can make your follow-ups again by listening to the call as needed. If you sign a lease following this call, you can indicate it and thus you will be able to print a report of the number of calls received per advertisement, but also of the number of signed leases. Whether it be you or your superintendent who answers the calls, the ability to re-listen is an important advantage to allow us to improve our success rate. also allows unequalled flexibility because you can plan your answering schedules. For instance, you can choose receive the calls at your residence on Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon, from noon until 6 p.m. on your cellular, and from 6 p.m. till the next morning you can have them redirected to your caretaker: you only have to program this schedule in the system and the rest is done!
